How can I scan my computer from Safe Mode?

To run a scan of your computer in Safe Mode, please follow the steps below:

วิธีการสแกนคอมพิวเตอร์ใน  Safe Mode , กรุณาทำตามขั้นตอนด้านล่างนี้

1.    Restart your computer and start in Safe Mode. During startup, repeatedly press the F8 key until the advanced options are displayed. Select Safe Mode and press ENTER.

Restart คอมพิวเตอร์  และ บู๊ตด้วย Safe Mode   ในระหว่าง startup  กด F8 ซ้ำๆ จนกระทั่งแสดงทางเลือก   แล้วเลือก Safe Mode  และ กด ENTER

NOTE: Log in using your User Administrator account. Do not log in using the computer's default Administrator account.

  Note: เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย บัญชีผู้ใช้    หากไม่สามารถเข้าสู่ระบบ เนื่องจากคอมพิวเตอร์ ถูกตั้งค่าบัญชีผู้ใช้

2.    Click Start → All Programs → Accessories → Command Prompt.
คลิก  Start → All Programs → Accessories → Command Prompt.

3.    Copy/paste the following text EXACTLY as shown for your software version.
คัดลอก  ข้อความตามเวอร์ชั่นที่คุณใช้ แล้วนำไปวางใน Command Prompt.

ESET Smart Security:

"c:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Smart Security\ecls.exe"/base-dir="c:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Smart Security" /auto /log-file=c:\ecls.txt /aind

ESET NOD32 Antivirus:

"c:\Program Files\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\ecls.exe"/base-dir="c:\Program Files\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus" /auto /log-file=c:\ecls.txt /aind

NOTE: To paste the above line into the Command Prompt, you must right-click and select ‘Paste’ from the context menu (CTRL + V will not work).

Note: วางข้อความลงในบรรทัดคำสั่ง โดยการคลิกขวา และเลือก วาง (paste)
(CTRL + V ใช้ไม่ได้)

After pasting, press ENTER. หลังจากวางคำสั่งเรียบร้อยแล้ว กด Enter
 

4.    When the scan has completed, restart your computer into normal mode.

เมื่อสแกนเสร็จ  ให้ รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์  ในโหมดปกติ ( normal mode)
